WATCH: “Venom” is Back in the Trailer for Sequel “Let There Be Carnage”

Tom Hardy returns to the big screen in Venom: Let There Be Carnage as the lethal protector Venom, one of Marvel’s greatest and most complex characters. Directed by Andy Serkis, the film also stars Michelle Williams and Naomie Harris. Woody Harrelson will join in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady or Carnage.

Venom is a sentient alien symbiote that bonds with a host, usually human. Its most well-known host is the investigative journalist Eddie Brock. In the first Venom, released in 2018, Brock gains superpowers after being bound to the symbiote.

The screenplay for Venom: Let There Be Carnage is by Kelly Marcel, with a story by Tom Hardy and Kelly Marcel, based on the Marvel Comics.

Only in Philippine cinemas soon, Venom: Let There Be Carnage will be distributed by Columbia Pictures, the local office of Sony Pictures Releasing International.
