Here are My Fave Pieces From UNIQLO’s 2019 Fall/Winter Collection

I always limit the number of clothes I have but I always manage to find myself in a UNIQLO store. There’s something very calming about walking through the pristine halls (during off-peak hours) and admiring the minimalist palette. I tell myself I don’t need another black shirt, but I have gotten so good at justifying my purchases that I go straight to the counter before I change my mind.

UNIQLO’s 2019 Fall/Winter collection follows the brand’s ethos of LifeWear. It highlights the Japanese values of simplicity, quality, and longevity, while adapting the fit, silhouette, and style with the times. When I first saw the collection, I knew I had to get something.

Here are some of my favorite pieces from the UNIQLO 2019 Fall/Winter collection:

Bottoms

I just bought two fitted pairs of UNIQLO pants to make my silhouette leaner but seeing this photo makes me want to go back to something looser. This season, the brand included a wider fit for relaxation and comfort. I’m sold.

 Loungewear

This is one of my dream looks. I’m not sure if I can pull it off as a man but I would love to try when I lose more weight. This outfit just screams “I’m too lazy to dress up but I still want to feel great.”

Kids

Best believe I will dress my child in neutral tones. But if he or she chooses to dress more colorfully, I wouldn’t mind. UNIQLO has expanded its kids’ clothes, even having children’s versions of adult looks.

Babies

I would definitely have one cute baby (dressed head to toe in UNIQLO, of course)!

Ines de la Fressange

I love all of Ines de la Fressange’s clothes for UNIQLO. I’m still waiting for the day that the brand launches a menswear collection. In the meantime, maybe I’ll settle for this jacket? For the first time, the designer has an item in black, which is a telling sign for me to get it.

Outerwear

I’m traveling to Korea soon so I might get this jacket. I actually have a puffer jacket from UNIQLO (also for a trip to Korea) but I’m liking the streamlined design of this outerwear.

Hana Tajima

I would dress like this every day if I were a woman. Just look at that casually chic design!

Knitwear

I would love to rock this look. Definitely when I’m thinner!
