These Halloween Doughnuts From Krispy Kreme are So Cute (Their New Shakes are Delicious, Too!)

I wasn’t able to join any Halloween parties or wear any costumes, but I enjoyed seeing photos online. Some of my favorite costumes were inspired by memes, and there was even one party where guests came as characters from the Crazy Rich Asians film adaptation! What did I do (and will continue to do) this Halloween season? Veg out in bed and watch American Horror Story and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Yes, I’m still too scared to watch The Haunting of Hill House!

I did get to participate in the season but I got to try Krispy Kreme’s new line of Halloween doughnuts. Hey, at least it’s something, right?

Krispy Kreme recently launched a limited-edition collection of doughnuts featuring some of the icons of Halloween: The Ooze, The Scary Eye, The Black Cat, The Tombstone, The Pumpkin, The Owl, The Brain, The Orange Monster, and Halloween Sprinkles. Some of my favorites include The Brain‘s strawberry-jam filled doughnut, the subtle chocolate flavor of the Halloween Sprinkles, and the decadent chocolate filling of The Bat, which is not part of the official Halloween lineup but still available in stores.

The doughnuts are available at all stores for P55 per piece and P450 a dozen. They are available until November 1, 2018.

Krispy Kreme’s Halloween doughnuts were launched alongside the Frozen Kreme Shakes, a line of shakes inspired by Krispy Kreme favorites. There’s the Frozen Glazed Chocolate, a tasty drink swirled with chocolate sauce and topped with chocolate pieces and gold glitters; the Frozen Strawberry Sprinkles, topped with red rainbow glitters with heart-shaped sprinkles; and the Frozen Vanilla Cake, a cake-turned-drink garnished with gold glitter. I was so surprised with the glitter that topped all the drinks but my favorite would have to be the rich Frozen Glazed Chocolate!

All the shakes are P225 per glass and are available now in select Krispy Kreme branches: Alabang Town Center, Bonifacio High Street, Eastwood, Evia Lifestyle Center, Gateway Mall, Glorietta 4, Mall of Asia, Paseo de Magallanes, Shell Mamplasan, SM San Lazaro, and Trinoma.

If you’re like me who won’t be celebrating Halloween, you might as well join the fun and #SharetheScare at Krispy Kreme. Don’t forget to #ShakeaBreak with the Frozen Kreme Shakes!
