A lot of people lead busy, multi-faceted lives that sometimes, meals take the backseat. I make time for breakfast, lunch, a little snack in the afternoon, and dinner no matter how busy I am because food fuels me and I feel unmotivated when I’m hungry. On busy days when it looks impossible to eat, I make a quick stop at Starbucks.
Starbucks may be known for their coffees and Frappuccinos but the coffee chain also has a line of lunch menu options for days when you want a little pick-me-up.
Starbucks launched its Flatbread selection, which includes the Four Cheese Flatbread, the Sausage and Ham Flatbread, the Roasted Vegetables with Chicken, and the Potato Gratin with Ham and Bacon.
The Four Cheese Flatbread is a combination of parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese, and garnished with garlic and Italian seasoning; while the Sausage and Ham Flatbread is topped with bacon, sausages, ham, sundried tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella, parmesan, and pesto sauce.
For something healthier, there’s the Roasted Vegetables with Chicken, a mix of roasted broccoli, squash, carrots, eggplant, button mushroom, French beans, and onions, tossed with Italian dressing, and topped with sliced chicken. Those looking for something heavier will like the Potato Gratin with Ham and Bacon, a baked dish of thinly-sliced potatoes and layered with bacon, ham, and soft cream cheese.
Starbucks also has pasta dishes and sandwiches you can try. The Classic Beef Lasagna is baked with béchamel sauce and a generous coating of mozzarella cheese, while the Penne Pesto with Mushroom has creamy basil. If sandwiches are more your thing, you can try the Roasted Chicken Pesto and Shiitake Mushroom on Flat Bread which is made with roasted chicken breast fillet, pesto mayo sauce, and Shiitake mushrooms. The Salmon Dill on Multi-Grain Bread is a spread of salmon flakes, mozzarella, cream cheese, and hard-boiled eggs.
There are lunch options for those who still want to eat even if their day is super busy. The Arugula Pasta Salad with Creamy Parmesan comes in a to-go package, and features al dente tri-color fusilli pasta, juicy tomatoes, black olives, and bell pepper, atop a bed of fresh arugula and served with a rich parmesan dressing on the side. There’s also the Greek Yogurt Parfait with a choice of either Blueberry or Mango compote layered with Greek Yogurt and topped with crunchy oat granola.
Whether you’re too busy to have a big lunch or you just want a delicious meal, check out Starbucks’s new lunch options!

Thanks for the info. I wonder if their food is as expensive as their coffee. 🙂
Hi, Luis!
The food is priced competitively but I wish they came in larger servings!
