You Can Now Transfer Money From GCash to 30+ Banks

As a freelancer, it’s important for me to have options for transferring money. My clients have different payment methods and some of them don’t offer direct-to-bank deposits, which is usually the case for foreign clients. Thankfully, one of the most popular non-bank payment methods is GCash, a mobile wallet controlled by a smartphone. Now, GCash has made it easier because you can now transfer money to more than 30 banks.

Through the GCash app, you can now transfer funds to participating banks, including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, within seconds. All you need is the account name, the account number of the receiver, and internet connectivity. And the best part is that it comes at no cost!

Apart from receiving payments that sustain me, GCash has been so convenient because I can use it to pay for goods and services all over the metro. I can use it to pay my groceries, buy movie tickets, pay bills, and even make loans via GCredit. If you have a GCash card, you can use it anywhere that accepts Mastercard payments.

Soon, we won’t even need to carry wallets!
